You may be required to provide personal identification, usually one or more of the following: –

You will also be required to provide the following information: –

HOW MUCH MONEY CAN I TRANSFER?
The maximum amount you can send is RM50,000.00 per day. This is in accordance with Bank Negara Malaysia regulations. Maximum limits and other requirements for sending money may also vary depending on the remittance destination country and remittance service. HOW CAN I PAY FOR SENDING MONEY?
You may pay for any remittance transactions using cash at all of our EZ Money branch and agent locations. For selected remittance services, you may also make payment using prepaid cards, direct bank in and/or online transfers. MY BENEFICIARY HAS SOME TROUBLE PICKING UP THEIR MONEY, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Kindly make sure that you have provided your beneficiary’s name and ID correctly as per your EZ Money receipt and that your beneficiary’s name and ID matches exactly with the ID they are using to collect their funds at the relevant cash pick up location.
If this has been done correctly, kindly contact your beneficiary to make sure that they are collecting their funds at the correct cash pick up locations as provided by our customer representative.
If you are having trouble with any of the requirements above or if you have completed all of the above requirements but your beneficiary still has trouble picking up their funds, kindly contact our customer service representatives at your nearest EZ Money branch or alternatively, contact our Customer Care team by clicking here.
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN THE FUNDS HAVE BEEN CREDITED TO MY BENEFICIARY’S ACCOUNT?
For many of our remittance services, funds will be credited within the same day to the beneficiary’s account. You may refer to our EZ Money Remit section for more information on specific delivery times.

HOW DO I EXCHANGE CURRENCY THROUGH EZ MONEY?
Please visit our branches that offer currency exchange services and our currency exchange teller will assist you. You may also call our Customer Service Department at 088-275119 / 0168325516 for further information.
CAN I EXCHANGE FOR ANY CURRENCIES?
We only maintain all major and/or popular currencies at our branch locations. If the currency/ies you want to exchange are not major and/or popular currencies, we advise you to contact us beforehand so that we can ensure that your requested currencies are in stock. WHAT IS THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT I CAN EXCHANGE?
There is no limit to the amount of currency/ies that you can exchange, however, for amounts more than RM10,000.00, we advise you to contact us beforehand to make sure that we have the available funds of your requested currency. DO I NEED TO PROVIDE ANY DOCUMENTS TO EXCHANGE MONEY?
For transactions above RM3,000.00, we will need copies of your ID and source of fund supporting documents
WILL I RECEIVE A RECEIPT?
Yes, we will provide you a transaction receipt with details of the currency/ies exchanged and the applicable exchange rate/s.
WHAT ARE THE CHARGES TO CHANGE MONEY?
We do not charge any fees for money changing.
WHAT IS THE EXCHANGE RATE TODAY?
The exchange rates applicable will be displayed at the Money Changing counters at selected EZ Money branch locations. You may also refer to our EZ Money Exchange section for our latest updated exchange rates.
ARE THE EXCHANGE RATES THE SAME EVERY DAY?
No, our exchange rates may change from day to day, depending on the market.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BUY AND SELL RATES?
The buying rate is the exchange rate at which EZ Money will purchase the currency/ies from you and the selling rate is the exchange rate at which we will sell the currency/ies to you.
WHAT IS EZ MONEY PAY?
EZ Money Pay is a mobile app which covers all your payment requirements, including domestic and international payments, merchant store purchases and cash withdrawals.

HOW CAN I CONDUCT RELOAD FOR MY MOBILE?
You may conduct international mobile reloads by visiting your nearest EZ Money branch and/or using our EZ Pay mobile app.
WHAT INFORMATION AND DOCUMENTATION DO I NEED TO CONDUCT MOBILE RELOADS?
We do not require your documentation to conduct mobile reloads. Simply provide the mobile number which you want to conduct the reload and we will be able to conduct the mobile reload for you.
ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR MY MOBILE RELOADS?
There are no charges for your mobile reloads. Simply select how much you want to top up in local currency and it will be credited to your selected mobile number in the form of airtime.
CAN I TOP UP MOBILE DATA?
Yes, we offer mobile data reload services along with our mobile airtime reloads.
HOW DO I KNOW IF THE RELOAD HAS BEEN DONE?
Upon successful reloading of your mobile number, the mobile number which you have reloaded and your own mobile number will receive an SMS to confirm successfully reloaded amount and the date and time which the reload was credited.
WHICH COUNTRIES AND TELCOS ARE AVAILABLE FOR RELOAD?
We offer international mobile reload services to over 130 different countries and 550 telecommunications network providers. You may refer to our International Mobile Reloads section for more information on the specific countries and telecommunications providers which are available.
HOW DO I BECOME AN MSB AGENT FOR EZ MONEY?
If you are interested to be an MSB agent for EZ Money, you will firstly need to apply to us in writing, providing information including your current business information, reason/s that you want to be an MSB agent and other related information. We will process your application and if successful, will submit your license application to Bank Negara Malaysia for approval. Upon approval from Bank Negara Malaysia, you will be issued your official MSB Agency license and will now be an MSB Agent for EZ money.
ARE THERE ANY REQUIREMENTS OR QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO BE AN MSB AGENT FOR EZ MONEY?
Your company will need to be registered as a Sdn Bhd company as a pre-requisite to being an MSB agent. All your company directors and shareholders will also need to qualify as Fit and Proper Persons. HOW LONG BEFORE I CAN BECOME AN MSB AGENT FOR EZ MONEY?
The entire application and approval process to become an MSB agent, including BNM approval, will take approximately 2-3 months. You should be looking to start your business as an MSB agent around 3 months after your application.
WHAT SUPPORT WILL I RECEIVE FROM EZ MONEY?
We will provide you with the systems, tools and know how necessary to conduct your business as an MSB agent. We will also provide you with training and marketing support to ensure that your MSB agent business is successful.

HOW DO I RECEIVE MY EZ LOYALTY CARD?
All you need to do is conduct a transaction and/or register as a new customer at any EZ Money branch locations to receive your EZ Loyalty Card.
HOW MUCH DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE EZ LOYALTY CARD AND ARE THERE ANY MONTHLY AND ANNUAL FEES?
Your EZ Loyalty Card is FREE. There are also no monthly and/or annual fees charged for your EZ Loyalty Card.
WILL I BE ABLE TO GET A NEW EZ LOYALTY CARD IF I LOST MY OLD CARD?
Yes, we will provide you with a new EZ Loyalty Card if you have lost, misplaced or are unable to find your current EZ Loyalty Card.
CAN OTHER PEOPLE USE MY EZ LOYALTY CARD?
We do not allow usage of EZ Loyalty Cards except by the correct and registered owner of the EZ Loyalty Card because each card is assigned to a specific name and ID. If your friends or family want to use a EZ Loyalty Card, they may just apply for one themselves instead, after all, our EZ Loyalty Cards are free of charge.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF USING EZ LOYALTY CARDS?
Your EZ Loyalty Card enables you to earn EZ Loyalty Points for every single transaction you conduct with EZ Money. For each transaction you conduct, you will receive one (1) EZ Loyalty Point. You may then use redeem your EZ Loyalty Points for the fantastic gifts and prizes which we have on offer. You may refer to our EZ Loyalty Card section for more information on the various gifts and prizes available and the number of EZ Loyalty Points required for redemption. Using your EZ Loyalty Card also reduces your waiting time for your transactions, as your details and beneficiary information are stored in your EZ Loyalty Card, allowing us to process your transactions more efficiently.
WHAT IS MY EZ LOYALTY POINTS BALANCE?
You may obtain your EZ Loyalty Points balance by enquiring with our customer service representatives at your nearest EZ Money branch, or alternatively, you may also check your balance via the EZ Money Pay mobile app.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY EZ LOYALTY POINTS FOR CASH?
You may not exchange your EZ Loyalty Points for cash or any other monetary and/or financial considerations. You may only redeem your EZ Loyalty Points for the gifts and prizes offered by EZ Money via our EZ Loyalty Card programs.
IS THERE AN EXPIRY PERIOD FOR MY EZ LOYALTY POINTS?
Yes, your EZ Loyalty Points will expire on the 31st of December in the same year that the points have been accumulated, for example, if your EZ Loyalty Points were accumulated on the 1st of January 2017, they will expire on the 31st of December 2017 and if they were accumulated on the 5th of November 2017, they will also expire on the 31st of December 2017.
IS THE EZ MONEY CARD SAME AS THE EZ LOYALTY CARD?
The EZ Money Card and EZ Loyalty Card are two different cards. The EZ Money Card is used to facilitate your payments and the EZ Loyalty Card is part of our EZ Loyalty and Rewards program. Regardless, whichever card you use for your transactions, you will automatically still earn EZ Loyalty Points, which can be redeemed for fantastic gifts and prizes.
