Terms & Conditions

  1. The promotion period is from the 17th of May to the 30th of June 2018.
  2. A rebate of RM 3 will be applicable for all remittance transactions to Indonesia during the promotion period.
  3. This promotion is only valid at selected EZ Money branches in Sabah and Sarawak region.
  4. All Customers who conduct remittance transactions to Indonesia are eligible to receive this rebate at any participating locations.
  5. In order to be eligible for a rebate, a minimum of one transaction must be conducted at a participating EZ Money branch.
  6. A maximum of one service fee rebate will be given for each remittance transaction to Indonesia conducted.
  7. All valid rebates will be applied to the service fee for the applicable remittance transaction to reduce the service fee payable.
  8. There is no limit to the number of rebates per transaction that can be claimed by eligible Customers. For the removal of any doubt, this means that if a Customer conducts one (1) transaction, they may claim one (1) RM 3 rebate, however, if a Customer conducts ten (10) transactions, they may claim ten (10) RM 3 rebates.
  9. The rebates will not be exchangeable nor paid out in cash.
  10. EZ Money will not be liable for any claims and/or damages arising with regards to this promotion, including but not limited to –
    • Any postponement or cancellation of this promotion.
    • Disputes with regards to the rebate amount, pay out mechanism and/or rebate eligibility.
    • Non claiming of the rebate by Customers.
  11. EZ Money reserves the right to cancel, amend or otherwise modify the terms and conditions of this promotion at any time at its sole discretion.
