EZ Money now provides remittance services by phone. If you have previously conducted over the counter remittance at any EZ Money branch and/or have previously used our EZ Money Pay mobile app to conduct remittance, you are eligible to conduct your remittances over the phone. Simply call our Customer Care hotline, provide your full name, beneficiary details and how much you want to remit in Ringgit Malaysia and our dedicated Customer Care representatives will do the rest. It’s that easy.
To use our remittances by phone service, you will need to deposit the funds required for the remittance at your nearest bank or conduct an online transfer of the funds to EZ Money. If you are a first time customer and have not previously registered with EZ Money, you will need to visit your nearest EZ Money branch to register in person before you can utilize EZ Money’s remittance by phone service.
