Our Travel EZ services allows our customers to pre-book foreign currencies at any EZ Money branch at attractive exchange rates. The pre-booked currencies will then be delivered to our customers at any international airport in East Malaysia. Travel EZ services are available at selected EZ Money branches.
Currency exchange has never been easier
With EZ Money, you can now conduct currency exchange into any major currency with ease by just walking into one of our branches near to you or by calling our customer care hotline.
Currency Booking
With a single call, you can now book and exchange major foreign currencies with EZ Money. Simply call our Customer Care Hotline, provide them with your basic contact details and the currency type and amount you'd like to exchange. Upon successful confirmation, just walk into our nearest branch to make payment and collect your currency.
Over the Counter Currency Exchange
To conduct currency exchange over the counter, just bring along a copy of your government issued ID (if you are planning to exchange more than RM 3,000.00 worth of currencies) and the currency that you'd like to exchange and head down to one of our branches, where our friendly customer service personnel will assist you.
